Sr. Manager / AVP - L&D

Primary Objective :

- Strategize, Plan and Baseline Skill development programs inline with business requirements for upskilling & Certifications

- Lead content development and standardization for both Technical and Non-Technical in line with business and practice expectations

- In partnership with Delivery Team, establish formal expertise groups for each of the Technology, Functional and other relevant areas for learning trails and content owners

- Lead connects between Internal Associate and external Niche institutes (Online courses / Trainers, Training Programs) for developing skills that are aligned to company's Quality Assurance/ Engineering service offerings.

- Drive initiatives to lead experiential training programs on Tech, Domain and Tools

- Build partnership with educational institutions to build curriculum/identify developmental programs for Top and Key Talent development

- Schedule, execute and assess overall Training Quality, Training methods

- Drive overall function leadership, investments, Reporting and achieve function level objectives

- Act as a coach and a mentor for all L&D Team members

- Lead L&D Communications, newsletter, and branding.

Secondary Objective :

- Drive organization culture workshops, Soft and Behavioral skills for new joiners and tenured associates

- Drive First time manager development and role-based interventions at Engineer, Lead and Managerial level.

- Institute a leadership development competencies framework and drive development across lead and manager level based on TNI

Skills / Experience :

- Strong communication skills (oral and writing).

- Overall years of experience in handling L&D Function in IT Services Industry for a minimum period 10-15 years

- High energy and enthusiasm (Enterprising) to groom talent and create business level impact is a critical outlook expected

- Must have relevant experience in IT industry.

- Ability to influence and collaborate with business is a must have skill

- Client specific technical competencies assessment and execution of training & certifications

- An Education in Computer science background and an HR Certifications in Talent development from reputed institute

- Exposure to external forums, publications are good to have
