Program Manager - Product Implementation Activities: 1. Planning and designing the programme including the overall governance structure. 2. Proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action 3. Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme. 4. Managing communications with all stakeholders and managing dependencies and the interfaces between all stakeholders. 5. Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome. 6. Working with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business process upon implementation of FinAlyzer product. 7. Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to all the stake holders . 8. Focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme against scope and committed deliverables, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other applications, security and other standards. 9. Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise. 10. Managing the programme's budget and implementing required change control process for managing change in scope and timelines. 11. Ensuring the implementation team is adequately staffed as per plan. 12. Creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum within the team. 13. Ensuring successful implementation of the product at appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements. Skills & Capabilities Required: 1. Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together and facilitate decision making 3. Experience of successful implementation of complex programme involving business process change and multiple stakeholders. 4. Experience of having realised projected business benefits through successful programme and project management techniques. 5. Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes. 6. Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS reporting and accounting systems domain experience would be an advantage. 7. Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures. 8. Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise and drive project teams on their projects in relation to the programme. 9. Ability to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams. 10. The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
