Manager - Enterprise Sales - PAN India
Activities:
1. Work with Lead Gen/Marketing to create a funnel of sales opportunities.
2. Convert the Sales opportunities through Demos, meetings et al. (will involve travel and face to face meetings with clients)
3. Oversee Customer Relationship through Implementation and Collections.
4. Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts.
5. Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem.
6. Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.
7. Regular Exhibition participation.
Requirements/Evaluation parameters:
1. 3 - 5 years (open to look at senior role up to 8 years exp as well) - proven B2B license sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. BFSI, specifically Lending ecosystem domain experience would be a significant contributor
2. Target driven Sales - Sales activities will be target driven, should have prior experience in delivering on Quarterly targets.
3. Lead Funnel Management - Needs to be experienced in handling and nurturing the Lead funnel with Multiple partnership alliances and Lead engines.
4. Prior experience in Start-up Technology companies would also be a significant contributor.
5. Collections Handling - Must be focussed on quarterly and annual collections targets and should have prior experience in handling collections with clients along with Sales.
