AVP - US Staffing Job Description: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Mandatory to have B1 Visa and open to travel internationally for a short durations - Experience required: 14-16 Years of experience in USA (North America) Recruitment - Ownership of recruitment delivery and assignments according to the agreed recruitment process and SLAs - Ability to manage 10-15 member team and will be responsible for their performance - Excellent stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction - Strong experience in recruiting full-time (direct hire) or contract (temp) candidates in the US - Knowledge of USA Tax terms and Work Visas - Hands-on experience with W2, C2C & Full time is a must. - Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) - Experience in recruiting, H1s, Citizens, GCs, OPT and EAD consultants - Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate - Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, ATS and LinkedIn - Experience in hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates - Aggressive and self-motivated individuals are preferred - Ability to pay attention to details, ability to match the right candidates with the right jobs - Willingness to work in the US timing - India Night Shift - Time management skills with the ability to respond and act quickly - We are looking for an individual with high integrity, energy, and a positive attitude
