Leading Global Technology Set up Requires Captive Sales Manager-IT Sales ( Gurgaon)

One of our client a Global Technology set up which operates in more than 44 countries and is in the first place a company of people. It has 2 Lakh employees working in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The client provides demonstrable added value to transforming- and performance processes of customers in many industries. This is done with a complete and innovative range of consulting-, technology-, financial- and outsourcing services, enabling the establishment of their customers.

We are looking for Captive sales Manager(IT Sales) for the client's india office in Gurgaon(Haryana)

1) Client - Global Tech MNC

2) Position - Captive Sales Mgr ( IT Sales)

3) Location- Gurgaon

4) Experience- 12- 22 years

5) Qualification- Graduate (Preferably a technical graduate)+ MBA/MGt qualification preferred

Function : Technology - IT & Systems

The Role :

- This is a direct sales (Services and CAPTIVES Business) role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership - sales (revenue) achievement.

1. Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.

2. Should be able to engage C level executives.

3. Should have good understanding of the Captives industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications, Infra market in south.

4. Should be a good communicator with articulate skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.

5. Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.

6. Should have managed multiple large captive accounts sales.
