What You'll Do :
- Responsible for Network Design & Planning, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, Distribution Planning etc.
- Monitoring and identifying key success metrics and working with Stakeholders to drive it on the ground.
- Build and design a world-class logistics network to enable revenue aspirations and achieve set efficiency metrics.
- Declutter and manage the existing structure and explore synergistic possibilities in different business verticals namely, B2B, B2B2C, and Omnichannel.
- Introduce new partners with enhanced capability and monitor their performance.
- Highlight anticipated breaches and liaison with respective teams to undertake proactive corrective measures
What You'll Need :
- Experience in building and managing WH and Logistic networks at scale.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with high level of complexity across multiple elements of business.
- Impeccable attention to detail, Result Driven approach towards the hurdles.
- Inclination to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment
