What You'll Do : - Be the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders for any work related to WH & logistics both intercity and intracity across all cities PAN India - Mentoring and managing city operations team for B2B vertical, both full stack and thin stack team across geographies - Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on Supply Chain KPIs - Cost, Service, Quality etc. - Build a world-class logistics network to enable revenue aspirations and achieve set efficiency metrics. - Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day key fulfillment metrics through the team - process adherence, customer updates, and driving the quality metrics on various operational work -processes and SLAs. - Think and execute first principles and continuously challenge the status quo of better working strategies. - Highlight anticipated breaches and liaison with respective teams to undertake proactive corrective measures What You'll Need : - Experience in building and managing WH and Logistic networks at scale. - Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with high level of complexity across multiple elements of business. - Impeccable attention to detail, Result Driven approach towards the hurdles. - Inclination to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment - 5-9 years of operating experience preferably in e-commerce supply chain - Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground - Good communication and ability to work independently across cross functional teams. - Ability to interact with different functions - operations / finance etc. - Basic data handling skills and excel skills; ability to set processes on the ground
