Job Description :

- Lead the management business in the city across multiple units at a strategic and operational level

- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations etc

- Hire, Train and develop a high-performance sales team

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

- Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Desired Skills :

- Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities

- Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector

- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow the process

- Sales and Distribution Experience will be an advantage

Must Haves/Education :

- 3 to 7 years of strong sales experience from FMCG / Consumer durables / Telecom Industry

- Solid understanding of sales fundamentals

- Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable

- Kannada Speaking

- Must have managed at least 5 direct reports and large layered teams - Esp field sales team

- Proven people manager and team builder with references

- Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the sales team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
