Job Description: - Control all the verticals in QA, Process Quality Control, QC Analytics, Quality Assurance, FSM (Food Safety Management), Market complaints &amp; Front end audits - Responsible for effective and efficient monitoring of compliances, provides timely MIS, to ensure that all internal and external requirements are adhered. - Perform ongoing gap analysis for corporate policies, site policies, SOP's and regulatory requirements applicable to the site and develop action plan to close the gap and mitigate risk - Collaborate with division / regional to understand the broader initiatives being driven in respect of compliance requirements and how these impact at a site level. - Adopt latest technologies in quicker &amp; reliable analysis of materials. Upgrade QC lab infrastructure. - Set up a review mechanism to continually improve Quality Systems - Effectively be a quality leader and help ensure - Quality in the entire value chain of Operations, and bring in sharp focus on process adherence &amp; quality. - Communicate &amp; co-ordinate with Marketing &amp; Sales to have appropriate understanding of quality and ensure adherence to systems/process.
