Job Description: - Define parameters which will be considered for planning; define critical control points, metrics and the action plan, given it's a partner based network. - Drive efficiency + cost improvement projects - Responsible for attribution of asset reliability metrics and provide visibility to leadership on them - Coordinate with all teams across location to improve handshake processes - Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts - Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. - Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. - Communicate with external suppliers and buyers, comprehend legal documents, and develop good relationships with them - Meetings with all stakeholders - Taking care of the entire order fulfillment cycle - Managing the First mile & Last mile operations - Contribute to product development and technology teams to help build scalable solutions around the same - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. - Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. - Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service - Ensure strong Internal controls as per defined processes Desired Skills: - Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities - Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector - Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow the process - Sales and Distribution Experience will be an advantage - Good Exposure in purchase, procurement, supply chain, vendor management. Must Haves: - Minimum 6 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role - Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience - Experience in Last mile is mandatory - Managed a large team size off roll & on roll.
