Risk, Credit Policy Expertise:

- Consumer Credit Experience with skills in Credit Risk Policy Formulation; Portfolio Management of Secured & Unsecured Assets across Urban & Rural Markets

- Portfolio Analytics, Collection management & Strategy. Internal Controls & Compliance, Risk and Decision systems.

- Credit Strategy - Traditional & New Age- Date based, Algo enabled Underwriting methodology

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building the strong practices for managing the debt book including review, building best operational practices for managing the debt book

- Build & execute controls on credit data to ensure accurate financial and regulatory reporting

- Assist in the production of qualitative and quantitative credit disclosures for the Firm's External Risk Reporting

- Engage with subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to provide governance and coordination of Risk/Finance related projects, programs, and agendas

- Be encouraged to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and deliver across a multitude of strategic objectives

- Implement a strategy to deploy and maximize the returns for the company

- Ensure alongside other teams, the company effectively adheres to all the compliances and regulatory norms

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across different functional areas

Ideal Profile:

- MBA Tier 1 B School and/or Chartered Accountant;

- About 4 years of work experience in the financial industry in credit risk, capital markets and/or corporate finance- Working with a leading NBFC, Bank or debt focused PE fund
