Summary of Role :
Position: Manager/Senior Manager/ Assistant Vice-President - Business Analytics & Data Science
Location: Mumbai
Minimum Job Qualifications :
- Experience of 2-9 years in the field of Analytics
- Engineering/mathematics graduate or post graduate degree from a reputed college
- Understanding of Analytical techniques e.g. regression analysis, predictive analysis, data mining, machine learning
- Strong analytical thought process and aptitude for creative problem solving
- Working knowledge of database tools is must
- Hands on experience in SWL/HQL/Hive
- Experience in one or more is preferred: Python, Spark, R, Scala
- Hands on experience in Power BI for data visualization and KPI measurement is preferred
- Understanding of secured lending products like Home Loan, LAP etc is preferred
- Understanding of loan lifecycle - Marketing, Application, Underwriting, Portfolio management and Collections
- Hands on experience in building Credit or Collections scorecards is added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for Credit Risk, Collections and/or Operational Analytics Reporting to Head of Analytics.
- Working on Insights where you will be helping translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Understand the business context and apply analytics concepts to provide business solutions using data.
- Conduct ad hoc insights and analysis using SQL, Excel and visualization/reporting tools
- Work with Technology team to get raw applications data into datamart for analytics
- Candidate needs to be Imaginative, motivated and able to work effectively under pressure
- An opportunity to define, setup and coordinate the analytics practice for the company
- Need high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong ability to deliver results with minimal resources and supervision
- Own daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
