Associate - Investment ( MBA from reputed institute) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods - Analysis and interpretation of financial statements, business models and thus determine company/transaction valuations - Preparation of deal documentation including Investment Memos, Term sheets, Agreements - Preparation of detailed financial models including the cashflow projections, financial statements and IRR calculations - Primary and Secondary research of Industry/Geographic market fundamentals - Preparing high quality pitch-books, teasers, road-show presentations and other fundraise marketing materials KEY SKILLS: - Should possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills along with the excellent analytical and communication skills - Should be a good team player with ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure - High attention to detail and intensity - A self starter who can work with little guidance and believes in taking ownership QUALIFICATION: MBA Finance from reputed Institute with minimum 3 years of experience
