Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banker to spearhead capital-raising initiatives for our corporate clients and alternative investment funds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading mandates for transactions ranging from USD 100K to USD 30 million. You will be responsible for the end-to-end deal cycle, from initial origination and C-suite advisory to final execution and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Execution & Management

- Lead and oversee the full execution of capital-raising mandates, including private equity, venture capital, and pre-IPO placements.

- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and high-quality engagement is maintained with all stakeholders.

- Supervise the preparation of high-impact transaction materials, including Pitch Decks, Teasers, Information Memorandums, and Valuation Notes.

2. Financial Advisory & Analysis

- Conduct rigorous financial analysis and company evaluations to determine investment viability and creditworthiness.

- Build and review complex Financial Models (DCF, LBO, Comparable Analysis) to support transaction structuring.

- Manage the Due Diligence process, coordinating between clients, legal teams, and prospective investors.

3. Client & Investor Relations

- Act as a primary advisor to C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance on capital structure and deal negotiation.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and alternative investment funds.

- Maintain and expand a proprietary sector-focused investor database to accelerate deal traction and market reach.

4. Leadership & Mentorship

- Supervise a team of Associates and Analysts, ensuring the accuracy of all deliverables and fostering professional development.

- Drive the firm's presence in key sectors like Healthcare, AlcoBev, and Tech through thought leadership and market research.

Required Core Competencies:

- Investment Banking Expertise: Deep knowledge of transaction structuring and capital markets.

- Sector Proficiency: Demonstrable experience in Healthcare, EPC, AlcoBev, Media, Consumer, or Technology.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced Financial Modeling, Valuation, and Credit Analysis skills.

- Negotiation: Strong ability to facilitate mandate signings and close complex financial agreements.

- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills for high-stakes investor meetings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Finance, MBA from a premier University, or CA/CFA designation.

- Track Record: Proven experience managing transactions in the $100K to $30M range.

- Network: Existing relationships within the VC/PE and institutional investor ecosystem.
