CapitalNow - Manager - Legal & Compliance (5-10 yrs)
Will be in charge of ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Monitoring and interpreting legal developments, implementing policies and procedures, identifying and managing legal risks, and providing legal advice and support to our management and other employees.
- Will also be responsible for ensuring that our contracts and other legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A law degree and experience practicing in the financial industry
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to NBFCs and Fintech
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
