1. Drafting and vetting of various Legal documents, appeals, affidavits, notices, service Providers contract. 2. Advice the company, all functional departments on the legal matters referred to the department, advice and update the company with all changes in law relevant to the functioning of the company. 3. Analyzing and identifying the legal risk and implications of all the business transactions, keeping the senior management informed of developments in laws and regulations that potentially affect the business. 4. Help Business to proactively manage and resolve disputes, Manage litigations, Recovery matters claims and disputes in matters relating to customers, vendors/Service Providers, employees/labour. 5. Streamline the documentations/Procedure and develop a new system for enhancing and strengthening various business verticals in a legally compliant manner. - Be a low graduate (L.L.M Is a plus) for a premier school of India. - Have 2-4 Years of total Post qualification experience In the Fintech/Banking and financial service industry. - Be able to work independently and identify and remedy complex legal issues with a minimum amount of supervision. - Knowledge of all general laws related to Fintech/NBFC. - Excellent Negotiation, analytical, and Problem-solving skills
