CapitalNow - Associate - Legal (1-4 yrs)

I Drafting and vetting various Legal documents, affidavits, notices, service Providers' contracts.

II To assist in reviewing the legal and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis

III. Follow up on the existing pool of unpaid accounts proceed with legal action.

IV. Manage record-keeping for all contract-related documentation.

V Help Business to proactively manage and resolve disputes, Manage litigations, Recovery matters claims, and disputes in matters relating to customers, vendors/Service Providers, employees/labor.

VI Streamline the documentations/Procedure and develop a new system for enhancing and strengthening various business verticals in a legally compliant manner.

VII. Proactively tracking regulatory changes across the geographies & building the compliance database

VII Provide advice, guidance, and directions to the bank in legal matters and take steps to comply with all the legal requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Be a low graduate (L.L.M Is a plus )for a premier school of India.

- 1-5 Years of total Post qualification experience In the Fintech /Banking and financial service industry.

- Knowledge of all general laws related to Fintech/NBFC.Experience drafting and reviewing documents for routine commercial transactions to expedite negotiation and conclude deals;

- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with numerous business units;

Salary offered: 7-10LPA
