We are Looking for Legal Officer at our head office in Delhi:

The JD is

1. To coordinate with company branches resolve their legal issues.

2. To file FIRs and coordinate with local authorities in branches for frauds.

3. To investigate in frauds by employees and take appropriate action.

4. To travel to branches on regular basis to check branch functioning.

5. To coordinate with advocates for the legal cases in the matter of Section 138 NI Act.

6. To take part in arbitration proceedings by the company.

7. To prepare MIS for the legal cases.
