Capital Trust - Chief Finance Officer (15-20 yrs)
- To ensure maintenance of accounts and allied accounting compliances.
- To ensure proper budgeting and financial planning and banking for the Company.
- To attend to audit requirements and timely finalisation of books of account.
- Complete overall responsibility for the books of accounts, presenting accurate financial statements to the board, investors and promoters.
- Continuous improvement in the second line of defence surrounding multiple areas - overall risk management, Internal Financial Controls and regulatory compliances.
- Maintaining and improving existing banking relationships while bringing on board new relationships.
- Raising Capital for new ventures and oversee all compliance.
- Preparing a long term fund raising plan while maintaining appropriate levels of leverage
Acting as a business partner to the CEO for expansion.
- Identifying target organisations for acquisitions; coordinating the deal structure and ensuring a smooth process.
- Assist in establishing yearly objectives & meeting agendas, and select and engage outside consultants (auditors, advisors)

- Acting as a business partner to every function within the organization.
- Direct planning, analysis and controlling functions to ensure maximum levels of profitability at a consolidated level.
- Upgrading and overseeing design of robust IT systems and processes to drive efficiencies and transformation.
- To Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all the legal requirements, compliances with SEBI, RBI, ROC, PF, ESI etc.
