Capital Market & Treasury Role - Project Finance Team

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Fund Raising, Debt Management, Debt Servicing, Working Capital, and day to day banking interface for all activities involved.

- Project finance with some experience in the renewable energy industry.

- Project Finance modelling, documentation, security creation.

- Day to day coordination with Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies, legal counsels.

- Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained across various project entities (SPVs)

- Closely work with internal teams (accounts, tax, legal, secretarial) in managing fund flows across assets

- Ensure optimised financing across the existing portfolio of assets (leverage ratio, tenor, interest cost, covenants etc)

- Monitoring of financial covenants, ratings, IRRs and valuations

- Knowledge of banking products : working capital facilities, bank guarantees, LCs, SBLCs.

- Manage all aspects of compliances under FDI, ECB, and SEBI regulations for investments and funds infusion.

- Provide technical and other support for M&A and other projects as needed.
