Opening for Capital market/Securities manager consultant with leading MNC consulting Industry

Location:- Chennai

Educational Qualification:- MBA (Must hold a Management degree from a premium Business School)

Level of Hire:- SA/ M level

Looking for Quick joiners only (30 to 45 days max)

Mandatory Skill for this opening:- Capital market/ Securities Services, BA skills,

- Experience in Digital Strategy & Transformation projects, ( Good to have) global custody, Market infrastructure, Derivatives, Asset and wealth management, Investment Banking

- Securities Services: Advanced knowledge of global custody business, financial instruments, expertise in post-trade infrastructure.

- Strong implementation experience of delivering IT consulting projects to large global custodians in the areas of Securities Trade processing,

- Market infrastructure, OTC/Exchange Traded Derivatives, ETD, Collateral management, Cash Services, Corporate Actions and Transfer Agency

- Exposure to horizontal transformation engagements focusing on Process Consulting, Digital Strategy & Transformation, IT strategy, Legacy Modernization, Program Management, Information Management (Analytics and Business Intelligence)

- Broad role expectations and responsibilities include but not limited to the following

- Deliver client engagements as a lead/ part of a team/ individually as a subject matter expert from onsite/offshore in a cross-functional delivery model closely working with multiple organizational groups

- Support the full life cycle of a project from scoping, planning, content assessment and stipulation, solution design, realization/implementation and solution evaluation

- Develop subject matter, service offerings, practice assets and points of view

- Support the full sales lifecycle: from research through defining and detailing propositions and solutions, developing presentations, to presenting our value propositions to end clients

- Instill client confidence through relevant subject matter expertise and industry knowledge

- Ability to drive and deliver complex engagements in an unstructured environment by ensuring the necessary clarity

- Effectively manage relationships with clients and other team members across geographical and organizational boundaries
