Capital India Finance - Analyst - Real Estate Investment - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluation and analysis of Real Estate Investment/Debt proposals across key geographies - Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune

2. Micro-Market research, data collection, analytics, developing key insights and intelligence

3. Financial feasibility including creation of financial models, projections, sensitivities and presenting the output in a meaningful form

4. Writing deal notes/presentations, covering in-depth evaluation of technical and commercial aspects of the proposals

5. Post investment monitoring - collection and analysis of MIS, Micro Market updates, closure of compliance etc

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2-3 years exp / Fresher from Top B Schools/CA Ranker /CA first attempt ONLY

2. Good understanding of Finance with a flair in analytics, excel modelling and presentations

3. Go-Getter, energetic and comfortable to work in a fact paced and growing organisation
