Capital Fortunes Private Limited (CFL) is a leading a boutique Investment Bank offering broad range of debt and equity solutions to its clients, capitalizing on its vast network and wealth of experience.
CFL Investment Banking Group provides a range of services such fund raising, private equity, mergers, demergers, divestitures, structured financing, corporate restructuring, pre-transaction advisory services, project finance, debt syndication among others.
CFL is looking to hire an energetic professional to drive engagement with Family Offices/various Promoter families and enable their participation in growth stage and late stage investments in the client companies
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Connect and engage with Family Offices (FO), Promoters of successful companies/groups & their families and other UHNIs
2. Educate and motivate the Family Offices about equity and debt investments in private small to mid-market companies which are on their fast growth path or at an inflection point towards their transformative journey
3. Engage the FO/Promoter families on services of CFL and work with relevant CFL teams to convert the leads emerging into mandates.
4. Work closely with the team to take curated deals and research reports to relevant Family Offices
5. Provide intel on the market to team members within the company
6. Organize social get-togethers and meetups for the FOs/UHNIs periodically
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and social skills
2. Self-starter and Energetic
3. Ability to travel as necessary
4. Understanding of UHNIs/Family Offices and general awareness of private equity asset calls, financial markets and products
5. Deep understanding and passion for early stage/MSME opportunities & Venture Capital landscape
Desired candidates profile:
- Mid - senior level professionals (with 4 - 8 years relevant experience) already entrenched with Family Offices / UHNIs in a high-engagement role.
- Candidates must have worked in Hyderabad or have good reach to Family offices in Hyderabad specifically and South India generally. Reach in other cities of India is an added advantage.
- Candidates must have worked with wealth management verticals from groups such as IIFL, Kotak, Axis, Edelweiss, Anand Rathi etc or should have handled investor relations for early stage focused VC funds focused on Family offices and such other roles
- Access to leading networks such as YPO, TiE etc. is an added advantage
