Brief of Energy and Resources Group:

- The Energy & Resources Group focuses on projects and partnerships in generation, resources, energy efficiency and new technologies. Over the years, the Group has evolved as a sector expert in the industry, as well as taken up projects of complexity and matured them to bankable assets for financing and investment. The Group also leverages its strengths in structuring complex transactions yielding significant project economics.

- The activities of the Energy practice include M&A in power and resources, partner identification and consortium for bids, innovative commercial structures such as power purchase structuring and resources tie-up, business plan-technology partnerships-business platform management in technology-driven growth opportunities.

Candidate :

- Sound knowledge of Financial modeling and financial analysis

- High degree of familiarity with trends and technologies in the energy sector

- Ability to evaluate companies, annual reports, key financials of companies

- Understanding of commercial and financial structures

- Understanding of developing an impactful Business plan/ Business case, Investor presentation

- Primary and secondary research skills

- Ability to seamlessly communicate and interact with clients, investors etc.

- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

- Self-motivated and organized individual with inquisitive skills

- 1-2 years experience in the sector or in a similar role would be preferred

Educational Qualification :

- MBA with 1-2 years of experience

- B.Tech /B.E (preferred)
