Capital First - Usage Head - Credit Cards

- Overall strategic vision to team to define partnership ecosystem to promote value proposition in line with the customer segments being targeted

- Formulate and implement the Credit Card usage strategy with alliances and partnerships; national and regional brands for products such as Merchant EMI, accelerated rewards, PoS redemption

- Deal negotiations of the partnerships and alliances

- E2E implementation of the Credit card promotions with the partners

- E2E Partner management and engagement

- Ability to manage regional teams

- Experience in technical implementation for supporting partner based value proposition will be preferred

- Campaign Management-ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with the partner

- Creation of exclusive properties across usage categories

- Travel-intensive
