Capital-A - Strategy Consulting Role - Founder's Office

Founder's Office or Chief of Staff would work closely with the founder of a new-age VC Fund to help him manage a multitude of activities right from managing meetings, calendars, projects, special assignments, research, strategic activities, preparation of MIS, running meetings and basically become the founder's shadow !

1. Should be able to handle several principal duties, all focused on making time, information, and decision processes more effective

2. Serving as an air traffic controller for the leader and the senior team

3. As an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed; as a communicator linking the leadership team and team

4. An honest intermediate and truth teller when the leader needs a wide-ranging view without turf considerations

5. High ability to anticipate and execute work and assignments with humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity.

6. Should be able to create a system so that founder can stay focused on my responsibility as founder and board and still make sure that the day-to-day things are taken care of.

7. Candidate should understand the business, can do project management ,can manage relationships, impeccable communicates and should be able to put the founder's office in order.

8. Can simplify complexity, does strategic thinking and problem analysis ,can manage the process of idea to execution. Can anticipate and avert problems, grasp and add value to the leader's vision and political intelligence
