Capitaire - Finance Manager

We are seeking a responsible Finance Manager for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

- Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.

- Preparation and filing of GST, TDS and ITR is mandatory.

- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

- Manage and forecast cash flows to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met.

- Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement.

- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

- Coordinate and manage the annual financial audit process.

- Work with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Provide financial insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

- MBA in finance, Accounting, or CA is mandatory.

- Proven experience in finance, with a track record of success.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
