Capillary Technologies - Manager - Partnership & Alliance Demand Generation (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities/JD and Competencies/Requirements :
A. Partnerships and Alliances Manager
1.Carry the alliance Pipeline & OB target
2.Collaborate with sales and domain team in executing the GTM plan
3.Identify and develop a relationship with POS and Reseller Partners
4.Carry revenue targets that are aligned to the goals of the business function and work with partners to achieve those numbers.
5.Execute / Participate in all relevant activities related to the business alliances team.
6.Regularly obtain feedbacks from our partners and take actions based on the same.

3. Very Good analytical skills
4. Good understanding of Capillary's products
5. Good understanding of the industry and market we operate in (domains, clients, competitors etc.)
6. Awareness of basic market research skills (primary and secondary)
B. Demand Generation Manager
1. Own entire lead flow process, from lead capture to landing page creation, to email and nurture programs plus integration with marketing automation and CRM tools.
2. Develop, maintain and report on a quarterly, half-yearly and- demand generation plan
3. Work with the central marketing team to execute demand generation campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, SEM, Email and other channels. Own end to end conceptualization and execution of events, both Capillary led as well as participation in industry events.
4. Liaise with the regional sales team to ensure pipeline hygiene and great prospect experience.
1. Should have a relevant industry experience of 2-4 years
2. Team player & Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
3. Excellent MS office skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
4. Excellent English language proficiency
5. Positive and professional demeanor - Go getter attitude essential
6. Highly performance driven and smart.
