CapGrow Capital Advisors LLP - Buy Side Equity Research

We are a SEBI registered Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm.

We are seeking young, dynamic, street smart, team player and academically strong individuals to join our Equity Research team.

Primary responsibilities include :

- Sector agnostic role - should be willing to research across sectors.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative fundamental research on listed companies in India.

- Build and maintain databases tracking industry and company performance trends, corporate actions, market data to systematically analyze trends and capture opportunities.

- Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models including DCF.

- Perform operational and financial risk analysis of companies and recommend equity ideas.

Desired expectations:

- To work independently and synergistically in a partnership atmosphere.

- Entrepreneurial self-starter who will thrive in a non-hierarchical, vibrant environment, demonstrates strong drive, possesses flexibility to take on stretch assignments.

- Demonstrated aptitude for substantial financial analysis is essential.

- Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Preferences:

- Candidates with strong accounting background will be preferred.

- Candidates with demonstrated passion for investing in equities will be highly appreciated.
