Our core technology is an AI Enabled Intelligent Sourcing Platform catering to sourcing & procurement for Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas equipment and other heavy industries. Launched in Dec 2020 and founded by IIM, XLRI founders, CapGrid is working with leading global OEMs as customers and backed by leading venture funds. Role & Responsibilities : - Managing and overseeing accounts payable, vendor payments, and monitoring period and expense provisioning. - Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting, annual budgets and forecasts and preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports. - Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks. - Review and analysis of cost, profits, cost centers, break even analysis, product wise profitability etc. - Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations. - Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies. - Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks. - Ensuring internal audit schedule/plans are executed on time without compromising on quality parameters. - Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs. - Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities Education Experience - CA with minimum of 2+ years accounting experience. - Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments in a manufacturing environment - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. - Experience with creating financial statements. - Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking. - Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and another accounting package.
