Job Description:

Key role and responsibilities:

- Leadership and Team Building Quality

- Review and Monitoring for all GRN,s to be made daily basis and Inform to supplier by mail for any discrepancy

- Monitoring on rejections which needs to be send back to Suppliers

- Customer's Fulfilment Adherence

- Manage and control on Manpower Cost

- MIS sharing Daily basis with keeping daily basis inventory value, sale vs daily GRN value wise, detail on Non-moving value wise and Movement of all three vehicles.

- Perpetual inventory Has to be planned weekly and Report submission of the same weekly basis.

- Highlight the issues regarding slow moving and non-moving stock above 90 days.

- Physical inventory to be planned monthly basis without suffering dispatches.

- Review and Monitor for Maintain FIFO in WH

- Check and monitor for picking plan and dispatch on daily basis.

- Review and Monitor Daily basis dispatch plan vs adherence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a similar field

- MBA is a plus

- Good communication skills
