Role Description and Skill Required:
- Min 8 years of experience is a must
- Should have advisory experience in SAP S/4 Hana ERP (If you do not have advisory experience, please do not apply)
- Sound knowledge in S/4 Hana and experience in working for manufacturing clients
- Have a good understanding of manufacturing value chain and processes
- Functional understanding of core processes like Design & Engineering, Production, Logistics, Sales & Marketing etc. for manufacturing/aerospace sector
- Ability to think analytically and approach the problem with a problem solving mind set
- Able to manage projects and project lifecycle independently
- Manage project governance and client stakeholders
- Work with internal teams and program manager to recruit project team
- Identify conflicts and potential issues and resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders to enable team navigate
- Identify the key value proposition and success criteria for the project and guide the project team to achieve project goals
- Able to resolve issues, demonstrate teamwork and innovation
- Monitor performance of project team and individual team members and manage performance reviews
- Understand interdependencies and get the work done on a timely manner to enable team to move ahead without any delay
- Support scheduling workshops, meetings and facilitate discussions
- Prepare project report to review with stakeholders
Education:
- Engineering from tier-1 or tier-2
- MBA from good b-school would be an advantage
