Position: A Leadership role for Sales Transformation Leader
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 13+ years
Job description:
- Total work experience of 13 to 16 years with IT Services Organization.
- Prior experience preferred in Delivery/Account Management/Consulting/Strategy (mix of at least any 2).
- Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders.
- Prior experience in client facing roles (Sales / Consulting) preferred.
- Cross cultural / multi geography exposure working within Tier 1 Indian IT Players preferred. Prior experience working with European Clients would be added advantage.
- Proven experience in developing account penetration and development strategies, qualifying opportunities, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and commercial proposals.
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, great attitude and team player .
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
- Ability to lead, run consultative workshops.
- Willing to travel as required.
Role & Responsibility:
- Create sales strategy to grow strategic accounts within Continental Europe.
- Work with Account Teams with focus on 3 year sales plans, Opportunity shaping and GTM.
- Drive execution plans along with the Account Team to ensure revenue and margin growth.
- Identify potential Cross Sales/Up Sales opportunities to improve sales pipeline.
- Identify relevant Capgemini solutions to be positioned based on clients business priorities.
- Industrialize the Account Planning/Execution process across multiple Client Accounts.
- Run analysis on Sales Related Numbers/results to generate analytics and actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for Account Mining.
- Work with the various units to drive cross-functional sales initiatives
