Capgemini - Project Portfolio Management Lead (5-8 yrs)
- Assist in requirements gathering, co-ordination with Project Managers in continuous improvement activities
- Integration of multiple project management platforms and data migration activities.
- Perform the relevant program/project management processes including initiation, task planning, progress tracking, execution, monitoring and control with review.
- Supporting project management processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource planning, communication, stakeholder management, review meetings.
- Generate and publish health/progress dashboards reports to various stakeholders pertaining to continuous monitoring of resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget vs. actual spend.
- Experience on Microsoft PPM or Projects would be added advantage.
