PROFILE SUMMARY

- Looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in managing a team at multiple locations

- The candidate should have at least 15+ years of experience in leading people, Client & Delivery management including solutioning & Pre Sales

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for overall delivery for an identified LOB, Budget performance, Business alignment with organizational objectives, responsible for smooth and Efficient Operations. Delivery responsibilities including project plan reviews, metrics reviews, Quality reviews, providing leadership to all team members. Process innovation & continuous improvement initiatives, SLA adherence, Process improvements.

- P&L Accountability, Responsible for Contribution Margin Improvements, Onsite-offshore ratios, revenue recognition and leakage control, billing and utilization in line with organizational goals. Accelerate Engagement growth in Revenue and Size - Account Mining, Oversees all project execution activities such as planning, costing, delivery and post-delivery review to ensure that the Delivery Unit functions as a Profit Center

- Responsible for RFP Responses, Solutioning & Price Negotiation, Pre-sales support

- Client Relationship management (Addressing Client Concerns, Escalation Management), managing deliverables under high pressure and within deadlines.

- Resource Management & planning,

- Responsible for people development including ongoing training, skill building, deployment and career growth

- New capability development

- Productivity improvement by automation of mundane tasks

- Good exposure to IT Infrastructure management tools & technologies e.g. IM tools and various customized tools for Incident management, configuration management, Change management, capacity planning and service level monitoring.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

- Over 15 years of experience in the industry

- A person should have proven track record managing infrastructure delivery expectations within defined SLAs and metrics

- Graduate / Post graduate with Experience in providing strategic & operational leadership to the IT delivery operations. The candidate should be well versed with Service Delivery, Service Support (ITIL framework / Foundation).

- Should have managed Application portfolio of diverse technologies

- Should possess excellent communication skills, inter personal skills, people/team management & strong leadership skills

- Problem Solving and Analytical Ability

- Up to date with market trends and solutions in Application Management

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, customers, sales & Third parties
