Role description

- Define the S4 Process Framework for Transformation projects in manufacturing sector

- Be a Subject matter expert in one/two of the following process areas : Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan (IBP), Demand to Supply and MTS (Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance), Logistics and Warehouse Management (S4 EWM) and lead proposals, pursuits and delivery for S4 based transformation projects

- Lead S4 Business Blue-Print /Process definition and roadmap activity in S4 Transformation projects (Greenfield Transformation)

- Analyze Customers business process, map them to S4 Business Process framework and identify customization requirements.

- Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S4HANA and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.

- Design business case with scenarios which talks about standard functionality vs. modifications required.

Background/ Experience

- At-least 3-4 years of experience with S/4 Hana (design to implementation) in manufacturing sector

- Experience of creating blueprint, detailed process definition and implementation roadmap for S/4 based transformation projects

- At least 8-10 years of experience on SAP Configuration in 1-2 of the following functional modules - SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP PP, SQP QM, SAP SD, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, SAP FICO, etc.

- Has been involved in at least 3 full project life cycle implementations of SAP S4/Hana, and played lead role in 1-2 of the following areas : Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan (IBP), Demand to Supply and MTS (Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance), Logistics and Warehouse Management (S4 EWM), Financial Accounting & Controlling

- SAP Process experience e.g. SAP Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Human Capital etc.

- Knowledge of SAP Portfolio of products and fitment across the industrial value-chain (Ariba, TMS, S4HANA, C4 HANA, Fieldglass etc.)

- Should have a very strong Consulting background with Global exposure.

Education

- Bachelors Degree in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant fields

- Masters degree is desirable, but not mandatory
