Title / Role : Java Technical Architect.

Position's : 5.

Location : Mumbai.

Level : Senior Manager.

Notice period : 30 to 60 Days [Negotiable]

Pointer to be taken into consideration :

- Candidate must have experience working as Technical Architect . No solution architect or technical lead required.

- Candidate must have hands on experience in Java/J2ee.

- Candidates from Automotive domain are preferred.

- Candidate must be a part of designing or designing solutions team.

- Candidate must have experience in multiple/ diversified frameworks of java [preferably old ], web Services and exposure to cloud platform.

- Candidate with 70% hands on and 30 % advisory experience is preferred.

- Candidate need to travel after certain point depending on the requirement.

- Target companies : Tier 2 organization or product company.

- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

- Career path - SE - SSE - Technical Lead - Architect - Sr Technical Architect.

Job description:

- Object Oriented Design, Domain Driven Design, UML

- JAVA J2E Object Oriented Programming, Frameworks SPRING, Hibernate, Jdbc, Struts, Angular JS.

- Windows, SQL Server, Access, VB

- SQL/Oracle, DB2, MySQL

Provide bundle wide support to the delivery team in India :

- Participates and challenges WO estimates

- Reviews technical design

- Provides technical support to the teams

- Proposes and implements action plan to improve technical skills of the team

- Proposes productivity improvements

- Engages backgrounds actions to reduce the technical debt and to maintain/improve the software quality scores (SONAR, CAST...)

- Organizes code reviews and debriefs with teams

- Provides methodology guidelines and supports the team when code investigations have to be done to fix a bug or understand functional behaviors

- Participates in transformation initiatives

- Participates in frameworks changes and discussions

- Promotes capitalization of knowledge and shares best practices across bundle

- Participates in developers recruitment sessions to assess candidates
