Capgemini - Finance Controller - CA/ICWA (8-13 yrs)
Capgemini is hiring for Finance Controller(Women candidates)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project controlling of portfolio of engagements
- Working closely with Engagement directors as a finance business Partner
- Providing support to BU Controller on a regular basis for the engagement handled by him.
- Perform Actual vs Budget and forecast analysis and support Engagement Directors in taking corrective action
- Working closely with commercial team to ensure Financial interest of the Project.
- Plan and co-ordinate Budget /Forecast with Engagement Directors
- Support Debtors collection and keep balance sheet accounts of the engagement reconciled at all points
- Support Other organisation wide activities .
- Perform Service line Profitability analysis and support margin improvement plan for portfolio of engagements.
- Co-ordinate with finance counterparts at various location to ensure proper reporting of revenue and cost of engagements
- Be a mentor to Junior controllers and guide and train them to be Global controllers
Required Skills:
- Project Accounting, Analytical view, Communication, Excel Skills, Co-ordination and quick learner. Business partnering skills
- Project Accounting / Controlling
Qualification - CA/ ICWA with 8- 10 Years of experience.
