Sales Transformation / Innovation Executives (Preferably available to join at short notice) Roles &amp; Responsibilities : Prior experience in technology companies or consulting firms preferred - Drive Innovation and create sales strategy across top European Accounts to deliver value to our clients - Generate/articulate innovative ideas/ solutions to solve client business problems - Formulate organization specific innovation and/or Go To Market strategies and road-map - Evaluate emerging technologies potential (Blockchain, AI, AR/VR etc) across sectors for key clients - Map Capgemini new age offerings, solutions and identify Cross sell/ Upsell opportunities - Assess feasibility and lead development of relevant Proof of Concepts or MVPs - Work closely with account stakeholders, Capgemini thought leaders and clients Primary Skills (Must have) : - Good business acumen with an ability to understand client's business objectives - Broad Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact to various sectors - Knowledge and passion for technology, digital trends and transformational ideas - Familiar with SDLC concepts - Ability to represent complex concepts in an intuitive, appealing and compelling manner - Ability to think creatively in a problem-solving environment - Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
