- Create new service offerings in the supply chain space across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver areas including technology tool kits, KPIs and business outcomes - Deliver business critical supply chain services to the clients, at levels consistently above their expectations. - Create robust service delivery teams and capabilities in supply chain, providing an ever evolving and continuously improving service culture. - Manage large service delivery teams - Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively to understand challenges and provide solutions - Identification of client objectives for outsourcing in the supply chain space - Ability to articulate value proposition and solution offerings in the supply chain area including key differentiators for Capgemini - Work closely with business development teams to partner with them in taking the supply chain service offerings to market - Work with the client service delivery executives to determine opportunity areas in the supply chain space and create solution proposals for the same - Develop thought leadership collaterals showcasing Capgemini capabilities in the supply chain outsourcing space Role Requirement: - Experience in Demand planning/forecasting in CPG/FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing Sector.&nbsp; - In Depth understanding of demand planning collaboration process with stakeholders in sales, commercial and other supply chain functions. This may include activities such as reviewing stat model, master data, and exception based planning. - Experience in participating in S&amp;OP planning meetings. - Should have handled a team of demand planners and responsible for team deliverables - Derive SKU level forecasts by appropriate maintenance of demand history and tools. - Drive Phase-in Phase-out in forecasting process including promotional forecasting . Education Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT,IT-BHU, REC, DCE,BITS &amp; Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred) - MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred) - Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
