MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities -

The role-holder -

- Is responsible to provide leadership for the location(s) - increase the FTE base, service lines offered, and develop newer skills and competencies aligned to the requirements of the group.

Provides accountability and authority for:

- Client relationship

- Portfolio management

- Client satisfaction

- Account business planning and strategy

- Financial performance

- Growth

- Acts as a single point of contact within customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities

Ensure that the account is on the right transformation path by

- Working closely with the Transformation Office to deliver all agreed projects

- Working closely with the Delivery team to arrive at new opportunities for better efficiency to the client using Capgemini's ESOAR methodology underpinned by - 5 Senses of Intelligent Automation-

- Understands what it takes to manage a business and uses these insights to gain better understanding of the client's needs and to position the value offered

- Manages contractual re-negotiations to protect business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction

- Assures account development for the client which is managed

- Developing strong networks in the functional business lines within the organisation as well as with the key client stakeholders, whilst being mindful of internal protocol.

- Manage the talent pipeline within the team to ensure organisation resilience on a short, medium and long term basis

- Achieve Account Development objectives for client/clients- to the measures of success

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Essential Skills and Experience -

1. 15 - 18 yrs of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment

2. Should have led large client delivery in the F&A space

3. Subject matter expert in the F&A domain - has a good understanding of Record to Analyse/Record to Report processes including Controllership

4. Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

5. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment

6. Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment

7. Ability to influence at senior business levels

8. Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills

9. Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction

10. Strong commercial awareness and project management ability

11. Experience in change management

12. Transformation mindset

Desirable Skills and Experience -

1. Leading multiple accounts in a matrix reporting relationship

2. Prior experience in an MNC work culture

Will include but not be limited to:

- Exceeding revenue and contribution goals

- Customer satisfaction with service provided

- Meeting transformation goals

- Develop Leadership team including effective Talent Management processes

- Ensure Engagements have the relevant resource and expertise deployed for the contractual requirements
