Capgemini - Business Analyst/Product Owner - Manufacturing & Aerospace Domain

Role description :

- Support client digital projects or parts of large projects in manufacturing and aerospace automotive domain

- Participate in requirement elicitation sessions with client teams

- Develop BRDs and provide requirement walkthroughs. Create User journey / Use case to explain the requirement to DEV team and QA team

- Verify the QA test cases, create complex functional test cases for ensuring functional coverage during testing

- Participate in Design walk throughs, solution demonstration sessions

- Create and update the Knowledge Management

- Actively participate in practice development initiatives - POVs, POVs/ thought leadership to grow the Invent brand strength in the Indian market

Background/ Experience :

- 5-8 years of progressive work experience in IT/digital consulting in manufacturing & aero domain

- Worked in the capacity of Business Analyst/Product Owner/Functional Consultant in digital projects

- Possesses combination of digital/ technological understanding, analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically

- Functional understanding of core processes like Design & Engineering, Production, Logistics, Sales & Marketing etc. for manufacturing/aerospace sector

- Ability to structure, analyze and present complex ideas to business leaders and clients

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and resolving conflict
