- Overall Experience 15+ years
- Experience of 15+ years in IT and Delivery
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and handle clients
- Focus on billing details, service deliverables, KPI reporting, SLA adherence, open issues and initiatives
- Reporting up all service delivery indicators to senior leadership and clients (as applicable)
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Manage BI engagements
