Capex Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

- Detailed business review of a portfolio

- Working Capital and Cash Flow Management

- Evaluating new Capex proposals received from all units in the Group and being involved in their approval process

- Monitoring the progress of projects against time, cost, returns and other success parameters

- Business Strategy and Business Planning

- Monthly MIS, Budgeting and Forecasting

- Automation of Financial Reports

- Monitoring the post-completion performance of projects

- Measuring and mitigating risks throughout the lifetime of the project and from time to time implementing risk evaluation models

- Being a part of the team and assisting in project evaluation and production proposals to Group

- Being an integral part of the quarterly Earnings Release and statutory filing activity

- Be involved in special projects

Skills :

- The person should be process and results oriented.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of accounting is strongly preferred.

- Experience with financial valuation techniques

Work experience requirements :

- 3-5 years' successful experience in finance: preferably in the Capex/strategy area

- Knowledge of accounting is strongly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required

Languages :

- Advanced English language level is mandatory
