Capex Controller - Hospitality/Real Estate (4-13 yrs)
Fixed Assets :
- Capex recon and reporting nos. on regular basis
- Audit of Fixed assets along with FAR and Depreciation run on Monthly Basis.
- Warehouse Inventory management and movement and reconciliation with books
- Equipment Rental (Payment, Count and insurance)
- Drop property write off on Timely basis.
- Tracking of overall movement of Fixed Assets along with accounting of Eway bill.
Insurance :
- All Types of insurance / renewal on time and Claim Management
Tagging and verification :
- Regularly planning of Tagging, verification and reconciliation (with help of consultant / If planned inhouse Teams to be planned accordingly).
- Control and reconciliation of Landlord and Rental assets (Including Tagging and verification / replacement of rental assets on timely basis).
