- We are a specialist Investment Bank with a team of 20 highly qualified, experienced and domain experts. We specialize in structured financing solutions for our clients and have office locations in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.

- We currently have positions open in our Bangalore (preferred), Mumbai and Delhi office. Our Bangalore office is near UB City while Mumbai office is in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

Qualifications/Requirement :

- Candidate must have prior experience of Home Loan / Loan against property.

- Candidate should have knowledge in Real Estate/Builder Market.

- Candidate must have exposure of Hyderabad Location.

- Achieve targets for the Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels

- Lead Generation, Client Acquisition.

- Develop and Manage Bank/NBFC Networks for mortgage/Home loans in Hyderabad.

- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget

- Preparing and maintaining various CRM reports for the reference of top management

- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets

- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
