We are a fast growing Real Estate Capital Markets (www.capaegis.com) & Digital Housing Finance (www.fincity.com) Company with a team of 45+ highly qualified professionals with deep domain expertize in finance and technology. We specialize in structured financing solutions for our Real estate clients and Home Loans for retail customers. We have office locations in Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad and Gurgaon.

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for company-wide recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and disciplinary and grievance issues.

1. Recruitment: lead in the field of technology, Real Estate Capital markets and Home Loan sales.

2. Performance Management: Ensure monthly performance appraisal reports are ready on monthly basis and help management conduct the same. Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.

3. Company Culture: Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.

4. HR matters: own org. chart, job descriptions, employee onboarding and exit process, HR manuals and policies.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Recruiting experience including - selling- our company, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating salary a must.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet given timelines.

4. Self motivated, dependable and hunger for learning.
