Capability Development Role - Technology (2-5 yrs)
Core Responsibility:
- Training Operations & Logistics
- Provide support for our various learning programs & learning managers with day-to-day training operations perspective
- Capturing of training attendances, releasing of training session invites
- Gathering and publishing of trainings feedbacks after training sessions
- Coordination in conduct of post-training tests and results,
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts, from the perspectives of -meeting minutes, next-steps, and follow-ups on aligned action-items
- Scheduling & consolidating of vendor offerings
- Training / Workshop facilitations, training content and exercises curation
- Training Communication & Branding -
- Data collation and tracking on progresses
- Creating Newsletter (Quarterly, Monthly) reports - w.r.t training program completions / progresses, such as - Feedback Summary, and status updates for stakeholders
- Manage communication with Internal stakeholders
- Advisory and communications pertaining the scheduled training interventions
- Release of hand-picked eLearning modules from Udemy/MLN to stakeholders' nominated resources, and tracking the completions' tracking wherever applicable
Eligibility:
- BCA, MCA or B.Tech graduate with 3-to-5 years of work-experience under the following areas, and as must haves on -
- tech-training delivery experience - on SDLC, technology software-products, coding with either Java, or .Net stack or Python, etc.,
- functional awareness on frameworks/methodologies like - Scrum &/or Kanban, DevOps processes-&-tools, RPA from technological usage and implementations perspectives (Pega or BluePrism or UiPath)
- proficiency in Excel, MS-Access, One Note, and Power-Point, Jira
- added advantage to have reporting experience with PowerBI or Tableau

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible and responsive work style
- Ability to coordinate the complete full training execution life cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Ability to operate in a deadline-focused environment
