Tech. Product Manager :

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with all stakeholders to define the product roadmap.

2. Identify user personas and flows through information gathering, interviews and analysis.

3. Decide between apps and applications based on data gathered.

4. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that stories are prioritized for the next 2 sprints.

5. Break down problem statements into epics and stories with estimation. Know the technical feasibility of solving the problems.

6. Provide details of stories in the form of documents, flow charts and wireframes as per need. Every story would need its acceptance criteria. This should serve as a reference

for any member of the tech team and the stakeholder asking for the change.

7. Drive the User Experience. Collaborate with the UX team in design decisions.

8. Drive successful deliveries through planning, collaboration and influence.

9. Enable A/B testing of features released and come back on the success/failure with data and metrics.

10. Run queries on the databases to glean the required data. Work with the analytics tools in the landscape.

11. Work in start-up mode with an Entrepreneurial hat.

12. Come up with new ideas/products to take the user experience and branding of Printo products to the highest level.

Work Experience :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry with 2+ years in Technical Product management.

2. Experience in taking consumer-facing cloud products to market, especially in the retail and eCommerce domains with success stories to back it up.

3. Solid experience in evaluating business goals and converting them into a product roadmap.

4. Solid experience with Agile best practices. Have worked with tech teams using Agile tools and methodologies.

5. Great listener with excellent communication skills.

6. Great problem-solving skills.

7. Has worked with various product management tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, ClickUp and Trello.
