Canvera.com is looking for Associate Director: Sales
Looking for a hardcore sales professional with more than 10 years of experience who loves sales numbers.
- Should have managed both inbound and outbound call centers, telesales and Field sales teams.
- Should be expertise in setting up and scaling up processes; managing P&L; attrition management, employee retention and revenue enhancement.
- Should have vast experience in Account Management.
- Manage leads from all sources and understand business metrics
- Managing Collaterals, specifically for assisting and mobilizing sales.
- Manage cross-sell/ up sell campaigns by creating a process-driven framework.
- Lead, mentor & monitor performance of tele-callers, team lead and Sales managers and ensure target achievement.
- Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
- We are looking for somebody who is hardcore business man who loves the sales numbers.
Desired Profile:
- Proven track record of over achieving sales targets in telesales proces.
- Great communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of the sales dynamics.
